A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Q: How are the cookies packaged?
A: All cookies are individually wrapped for freshness and placed in a sturdy, branded box with protective packaging.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders received by Saturday at noon EST are baked fresh and shipped on Monday. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes, you can select expedited options at checkout for an additional fee.

Q: Are your cookies baked fresh?
A: Absolutely! We bake all our cookies fresh to order using high-quality ingredients.
Q: Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
A: Not at this time. Check the product description for dietary info.
Q: What allergens are present in your cookies?
A: Our cookies may contain or be made in facilities that process nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. Each product page lists specific allergen info.
Q: How long do your cookies stay fresh?
A: Our cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months.

Q: Can I send cookies as a gift?
A: Yes! Add a gift message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order. No prices are shown in gift packages.
